Prepare a document once and get it signed by everyone, in the order you choose. You organise, they sign: each signatory receives their own eight-digit key by email when it is their turn, and nobody needs an account, an app or a password.

Pay per document. No subscription. You pay only for the documents you send for signature.

How it works

1. You are the organiser. Attach a PDF or Word document, name up to three signatories and choose who signs first. Tick the box if you sign too.

2. Place the fields. Open the document from your Wippli task, place signatures, initials, stamps, dates, text and checkboxes for each signatory, then send.

3. Each signatory signs in turn. The next one is invited automatically. If you sign, your own invitation arrives in your turn.

4. You stay informed. You hear when each signatory opens the document and when they sign, without chasing anyone.

5. Sealed and delivered. When the last signatory signs, the document is sealed and every party, you included, receives the signed copy and the audit log.

Why it holds up

A certificate per signatory. Each signature is sealed with a certificate issued to that signatory for that document only.

Independent time. Every seal carries a timestamp from DigiCert, a public timestamp authority, not from our clock.

Tamper-evident. Signatures are embedded in the PDF to the PAdES standard; any change after signing is detected by standard PDF readers and by the Wippli Sign verifier.

Encrypted at rest. Each document is stored encrypted under a key of its own. That key opens only when a signatory or the organiser enters their key; Wippli's own service key cannot read your document. A recovery key, kept offline, covers a lost key.

Keys that cannot be guessed. Keys are eight digits and travel only by email. Wrong keys are limited per address and per document, and the organiser is told if someone is trying.

Anyone can verify. The signed copy and the audit log can be checked free at sign.wippli.ai/verify, without an account.

On the record. Every completed signing is entered in Wippli Sign's public ledger, and the audit log records who opened, who signed, when and from where.

Yours, in Australia. Wippli Sign is built and operated by Wippli. Your documents never pass through a third-party e-signature service, and the document API is not reachable from the internet: only the signing pages, the proof and the verifier are public.
